What do gays serving in the military have to do with kids celebrating Christmas? Also, telling whoever you’re trying to reach with this commercial that Obama has some kind of “war on religion” is not only outrageous, but also irresponsible. I don’t know anything about Rick Perry, I have been rather far from a reliable news source for the last few months, but…. I don’t think that a country in which one agenda is favored over another is in a good spot. what do gay’s serving in the military have to do with children praying in schools? Everything. Homosexuals are winning the rights they set out to win, and every day, every month and every year, they come closer to that goal. Equality and normality. And every year we hear of another Christian school club suspended, another bible banned, another prayer group broken up. This too is inequality. Christianity is a lifestyle choice as well. And it does show a problem when rights are being won for one group (such as Homosexuals serving in the Army) and taking them from another(Christians in schools) And that is just what he said, he didn’t say anything against Homosexuals serving, just that it was unequal. Now, I am not sure I would call that a “war on religion” and that “Obama did it” lol. That IS kinda dumb, and the person above is quite right in the regard that Sexual origination or religion should have nothing to do with a persons rights. That is just what has been violated in both these groups, to some extent. So….YEP.
